Text
The provisions of K.S.A. 65-6a21 and amendments thereto shall apply to all carcasses or parts of carcasses of livestock, domestic rabbits and poultry, or the meat or meat products or poultry or poultry products thereof, which are capable of use as human food and which may be brought into any slaughtering, canning, salting, packing or similar establishment where inspection under this act is maintained. The examination and inspection shall be conducted before such carcasses or parts thereof shall be allowed to enter into any department wherein the same are to be treated and prepared for meat food products or poultry food products. The provisions of K.S.A. 65-6a21 and amendments thereto shall also apply to all such products which, after having been issued from any such slaughtering, canning,
