§ 65-6748 — Construction of act

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 67 ABORTION
Nothing in K.S.A. 65-6741 through 65-6749, and amendments thereto, shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to abortion, nor a right to a particular method of abortion.
