§ 65-6738 — Same; applicability of act

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 67 ABORTION
The limitations set forth in K.S.A. 65-6731 through 65-6738, and amendments thereto, shall not apply to an abortion which is necessary to preserve the life of the pregnant woman.
