§ 65-6510 — Penalty for violation of act

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 65 SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS AND AUDIOLOGISTS

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and each day in violation of this act shall be considered a separate offense.
