§ 65-6509 — Administrative proceedings; judicial review

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 65 SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS AND AUDIOLOGISTS

Proceedings under this act shall be conducted in accordance with the Kansas administrative procedure act. Judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions under this act shall be in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
