§ 65-6150 — Unlawful acts; criminal penalty

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 61 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

(a)It shall be unlawful for any individual to represent oneself as an emergency medical service provider unless such individual holds a valid certificate as such under this act.

(b)Any violation of subsection (a) shall constitute a class B misdemeanor.
