§ 65-6126 — Medical director; alternative when no medical director available

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 61 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), each operator shall designate a medical director to provide medical oversight.

(b)The board may approve an alternative procedure for medical oversight by a physician if no medical director is available to be designated by the operator.
