§ 65-6107 — Conflict as to disposition of power, duty or function resolved by governor

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 61 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

Whenever any conflict arises as to the disposition of any power, duty or function as a result of any abolishment or transfer made by this act, such conflict shall be resolved by the governor, and the decision of the governor shall be final.
