§ 65-5726 — Rules and regulations, orders and directives continued in effect until superseded

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 57 EMERGENCY PLANNING AND COMMUNITY RIGHT-TO-KNOW
All rules and regulations, orders, and directives of the secretary of health and environment relating to those duties, functions, and powers transferred to the adjutant general by K.S.A. 65-5725 shall continue to be effective and shall be deemed to be rules and regulations, orders and directives of the adjutant general until revised, amended or nullified pursuant to law.
