Text
The board shall pass upon the qualifications of all applicants for examination and licensure, provide for all examinations, determine the applicants who successfully pass the examination, duly license such applicants and adopt rules and regulations as may be necessary to administer the provisions of this act. The board shall keep a record of all proceedings under this act and a roster of all individuals licensed under this act. Only an individual may be licensed under this act.
