Any person, firm, corporation or association who violates the provisions of article 5 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the provisions thereof or supplemental thereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50. Each and every day that the person fails or refuses to comply shall be deemed a separate offense under the provisions of article 5 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the provisions thereof or supplemental thereto. If for 30 days after any final conviction for such violation or revocation of license the person still fails or refuses to comply with the orders in the notice under K.S.A. 65-513 and amendments thereto, upon notice and a hearing in accordance
