§ 65-4959 — Same; file of cooperative agreements for which certificates of public advantage are in effect; notice of termination

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 49 HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

The secretary shall maintain on file all cooperative agreements for which certificates of public advantage are in effect. Any party to a cooperative agreement who terminates the agreement shall file a notice of termination with the secretary within 30 days after termination.
