Text

A "do not resuscitate" order established while the patient is admitted to a medical care facility licensed pursuant to K.S.A. 65-429, and amendments thereto, or an adult care home licensed pursuant to K.S.A. 39-928, and amendments thereto, shall remain valid during transport of the patient between such medical care facility and an adult care home or between such adult care home and a medical care facility unless rescinded by the physician who is responsible for the care of the patient.
