When the rural emergency hospital adjustment act, S. 3394, 118 th Cong.

(2023)or H.R. 7759, 118 th Cong.
(2024)is passed into law, the attorney general shall certify such bill's passage to the secretary of state. Upon receipt of such certification, the secretary of state shall publish such certification in the Kansas register.
