§ 65-487 — Rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 4 HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

The secretary shall adopt rules and regulations establishing minimum standards for the establishment and operation of rural emergency hospitals in accordance with this act, including licensure of rural emergency hospitals.
