§ 65-485 — Authorization to contract for federal reimbursement

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 4 HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

All rural emergency hospitals, including city, county, hospital district or other governmental or quasi-governmental hospitals, shall be authorized to enter into any contracts required to be eligible for federal reimbursement as a rural emergency hospital.
