§ 65-4514 — Providing for the disposition of moneys from the certification of operators of water supply systems and wastewater treatment facilities to be deposited to the credit of the water program management fund

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 45 CERTIFICATION OF OPERATORS OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES
The secretary shall remit all moneys received by or for the secretary from fees, charges or penalties from the certification of operators of water supply systems and wastewater treatment facilities under the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations adopted hereunder to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the water program management fund established pursuant to K.S.A. 65-166b, and amendments thereto.
