§ 65-4508 — Denial, revocation or suspension of certificate; hearing

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 45 CERTIFICATION OF OPERATORS OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES
Before any certificate is denied, revoked or suspended, the secretary shall conduct a hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
