§ 65-442a — Same; act inapplicable to adult care home licensed under chapter 39

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 4 HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

Nothing in this act [*] shall be construed to apply to any adult care home licensed under the provisions of article 9 of chapter 39 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, or acts amendatory thereof.
