Text
(a)"Community facilities for people with intellectual disability" means:
(1)Any community facility for people with intellectual disability organized pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-4001 through 19-4015, and amendments thereto, and licensed in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 39-2001 et seq., and amendments thereto; or (2) any intellectual disability governing board that contracts with a nonprofit corporation to provide services for people with intellectual disability.
(b)"Secretary" means secretary for aging and disability services.
