§ 65-427 — Licensure

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 4 HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES
After July 1, 1973, no person or governmental unit, acting severally or jointly with any other person or governmental unit shall establish, conduct or maintain a medical care facility in this state without a license under this law.
