§ 65-424a — Medical facilities; definition

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 4 HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

As used in this act: "Medical facilities" means diagnostic and treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities and nursing homes as those terms are defined in title VI of the United States public health service act (42 U.S.C. 291 et seq.) and any amendments thereto, and such other medical facilities for which federal aid may be authorized under such federal act.
