§ 65-4215 — Practice of medicine not authorized

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 42 EXAMINATION, LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIANS

Nothing in this act shall be construed as authorizing a licensed mental health technician to practice medicine or surgery or to undertake the prevention, treatment or cure of disease, pain, injury, deformity or mental or physical condition.
