§ 65-4204 — Title and abbreviations
Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 42 EXAMINATION, LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIANS
Any person so licensed as a mental health technician in this state shall have the right to use the title "licensed mental health technician" and the abbreviation "L.M.H.T.," and it shall be unlawful for any person not licensed as herein provided to assume or use such title or abbreviation.
