§ 65-416 — State medical facilities plan; provisions

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 4 HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

The state medical facilities plan shall provide, in accordance with the federal act and federal regulations adopted pursuant thereto, for adequate medical facilities for the people residing in this state and insofar as possible shall provide for their distribution throughout the state in such manner as to make all types of medical facility services reasonably accessible to all persons in the state.
