§ 65-4017 — Time for compliance with rules, regulations and standards

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 40 ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT

Any treatment facility which is in operation at the time of adoption of rules and regulations or minimum standards under this act shall be given a reasonable time, under the particular circumstances not to exceed two years from the date of such adoption to comply with such rules and regulations and minimum standards.
