§ 65-4012 — Licensure of treatment facilities

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 40 ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT
(a)No person or governmental unit acting severally or jointly with any other person or governmental unit shall establish or operate a public or private treatment facility in this state without a license under this law.
(b)Violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor.
