§ 65-3804 — Same; penalty; exception to liability

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 38 SAFETY MATERIALS

Any person who violates any provision of this act shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor, except that no liability under this act shall be created as to any person who is an employee of a contractor, subcontractor or other employer responsible for compliance with this act.
