§ 65-34a04 — Same; corporation commission designated agency for rate review

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 34a CENTRAL INTERSTATE LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE COMPACT

For purposes of article III of the central interstate low-level radioactive waste compact, the state corporation commission is hereby designated as the rate-review agency for the state of Kansas.
