§ 65-3452a — Definition of hazardous substances

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 34 SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

As used in this act, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, "hazardous substances" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term by section 101 of the comprehensive environmental response, compensation and liability act of 1980 of the United States as in effect on January 1, 1988.
