§ 65-3414 — Enforcement by county or district attorney

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 34 SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

The county or district attorney of every county is hereby authorized and directed to file appropriate actions for enforcement of this act. The county or district attorney filing the action shall notify the secretary before filing the action.
