§ 65-3104 — Same; financing

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 31 INTERSTATE COMPACT ON MENTAL HEALTH
The compact administrator, subject to the approval of the state director of accounts and reports, may make or arrange for any payments necessary to discharge any financial obligations imposed upon this state by the compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder.
