§ 65-3028 — Rules and regulations continued in effect

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 30 AIR QUALITY CONTROL
All rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to K.S.A. 65-3001 et seq., and amendments thereto, in existence on the effective date of this act shall continue to be effective until revised, amended, repealed or nullified pursuant to law.
