Text
(a)Unless otherwise specified, all administrative proceedings provided for by the practice act of each profession regulated by the board and affecting any licensee, registrant, permit holder or certificate holder shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
(b)Judicial review and civil enforcement of any agency action under article 28 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, shall be in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
