§ 65-2812 — State board of healing arts; membership; appointment
For the purpose of administering the provisions of this act, the governor shall appoint a state board of healing arts consisting of 15 members. At least 30 days before the expiration of any term, other than that of the member appointed from the general public, the professional society or association shall submit to the governor a list of three or more names of persons of recognized ability who have the qualifications prescribed for board members for each member of the board who will be appointed from its branch of the healing arts. The governor shall consider the list of persons in making the appointment to the board.
