Text

For each divorce, annulment of marriage, adoption or annulment of adoption, the clerk of the court shall prepare within thirty (30) days after the decree becomes final, certificate of such decree on a form furnished by the state registrar and before the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month the clerk shall forward to the state registrar the certificates prepared by him during the preceding calendar month.
