§ 65-2414 — Delayed determination of cause of death

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 24 UNIFORM VITAL STATISTICS ACT
If the cause of death cannot be determined within three days, the certification of the cause of death may be filed as pending. In such cases, the cause of death is to be reported to the state registrar as soon as possible.
