Text
The state registrar, under the supervision of the secretary, shall have charge of the collection of vital statistics and be the custodian of all files and records, and perform the duties prescribed by the secretary. The state registrar shall enforce this act and the rules and regulations of the secretary. The state registrar shall submit to the secretary an annual report of the administration of this act.
