§ 65-223 — Same; receipt of funds; use

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 2 LOCAL BOARDS OF HEALTH; CLINICS

The county health department is authorized to receive moneys from any source for community nursing care. All such moneys as a county health department may receive for such services shall be used to carry out the provisions of this act.
