Text
To meet the health manpower needs of the state, the secretary of health and environment is hereby authorized to provide from federal funds or grants advanced academic training in public and community health for its professional employees, including tuition, fees, and living stipend, and to prescribe such rules and regulations governing such training as is necessary.
