Text

The county attorney of every county is hereby authorized and directed to file appropriate actions for the enforcement of this act upon the request of the secretary of health and environment or the reservoir sanitation officer. Actions of injunction, mandamus or quo warranto are appropriate to enforce the provisions of this act. In any proper case hereunder a district court may issue its order granting relief in the nature of affirmative orders as well as negative orders.
