§ 65-1834 — Constitutionality

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 18 EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS
If any part or parts of this act shall be held to be unconstitutional by any court, it shall be conclusively presumed that the legislature would have passed this act without such invalid part or parts.
