Text

(a)A violation of any provision of this act, except as otherwise expressly provided by this act, is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $25 or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both, and each day during which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
(b)The board may institute such actions in the courts of competent jurisdiction as may appear necessary to enforce compliance with any provision of this act.
(c)The board may obtain enforcement of its rules and regulations or any subpoena or other order of the board in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act and may obtain enforcement of any sanitation standards adopted by the secretary of health and environment pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1,148 as if such standards were rules and regulations
