Text

Each of the following constitutes a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $100:

(a)The violation of any of the provisions of this act;
(b)obtaining or attempting to obtain a license for any other than the required fee, or for any other thing of value or by fraudulent misrepresentations;
(c)practicing or attempting to practice by fraudulent misrepresentations.
