§ 65-179 — Same; unauthorized disclosure; penalty; construction of act

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 1 SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

Any disclosure of data in violation of the provisions of this act shall be a misdemeanor and punishable as such. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as conferring upon the secretary of health and environment the power to demand or require that any physician or other person furnish any data other than as may be expressly required by law.
