§ 65-1770 — Cremations; conducted by whom and where

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 17 REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS
On and after July 1, 2011, every cremation conducted in this state shall be under the personal supervision of a licensed crematory operator or crematory operator in charge with all cremations performed at a licensed crematory.
