§ 65-1769 — Crematory operator

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 17 REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS
On and after July 1, 2011, a crematory operator shall, in connection with such person's licensed crematory, use the words "crematory operator" or any other title implying that such person is engaged in the business of cremation.
