Text
The secretary of health and environment shall at intervals of not less than six (6) months inspect or cause to be inspected all state children's institutions. Such inspections shall be made under rules and regulations duly promulgated and adopted by the secretary of health and environment and shall be made sufficiently often to insure proper sanitary conditions and adequate health supervision at such institutions. The secretary shall prepare and submit findings and recommendations as to proper sanitary conditions and health supervision to the superintendent or officer in charge of such institutions and to the agency in charge of such institutions.
