§ 65-1726 — Penalties for violations

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 17 REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Any person who violates any provision of article 17 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated shall be guilty of a class A nonperson misdemeanor.
