§ 65-1725 — Severability of 1935 act

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 17 REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

This act shall be separable, and in case for any reason any provision or part of this act shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not be held to affect any other paragraph, provision or part of this act.
